Moisture from the snow on the floor.....probably soaked into the carpet....after you shut the car off it starts to evaporate and the condensation builds up on the windows.....then it freezes. knock the snow off your feet or get some thick rubber floor mats and dump them evry once in a while

How can I tell if water pumps needs replacing on 02 Hyundai Santa fe

usually you will see coolant levels drop and the spots appear under the vehicle. The water pump has a small hole in the area of the shaft called a WEEP hole. The coolant starts dripping out of it when the busing inside the pump starts to wear. If you have to you can look under the car and see if there is any coolant on the undercarriage too.

Water dripping right front underneath

Is what the liquid plain water or coolant (water mixed with antifreeze). touch and smell the liquid, no smell = water, antifreeze smell and oily feel = coolant.
If plain water, could be Air Condition condensation dripping from condensation drain which is normal. (this drain is usually located near the center of the vehicle).
If coolant, could be leak(s) from: radiator, radiator hose, heater hose, water pump, engine freeze plug. A coolant system pressure test should show what is leaking.
