2006 Envoy - seat belt will not lock in when engaged. Must ram the male into the female numerous times to have it click in

inspect the female end for any dirt or something inside of it , once you complete that get some WD40 or any other kind of lubricate and spray it directly into the slot of the female end then try the male end this should correct your problem.

2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD Blend door actuator is out of index. Before installing it on the HVAC box it was tested causing it to overtravel. Is there any way to adjust it back to where it should be? I do

remove the actuator . then study the position of the female part of the actuator that actually turns the door shaft. study it enough ,so you know where the actuator really should be when it holds the door shaft in the middle position. then carefully open the actuator itself with the female part facing down. this keeps all the gears in the places they belong. (IMPORTANT) Then without turning any gears or shafts, remove the gear that drives the female part. The gear to remove is about 1 inch in diameter. It has a smaller gear below it that is part of it. Do not remove the female part. with this 1 inch gear removed, the female part can now be turned to the proper position.Again do not remove the female part. Just turn it to the center of its travel space. After putting the gear back in and snapping the assembly together, the actuator can be turned upside down with the female part facing up. Move the door shaft to the center of travel and reinstall the actuator. Hope this helps.

Seperating the electrical connection on radio in rover45 2001

a SMALL blade screwdriver (1/8" or smaller), "gently" inserted between the male and female jacket of the plug connector, where the catch protruding from the male connector through the female jacket. Gently rock the connector back and forth working the catch, (from the male connector) out of the slots, (of the female connector) of the female jacket, on both sides. It can be a little tricky the first couple times you try this, but you will get it... Good Luck.

Pajero / Delica - How to take apart "female" or

A flathead screwdriver should be able to pry apart the female end of the latch. Sometimes the female end is glued together, or similar. In order to prevent damage to the connector, I would recommend you try using some tweezers or similar to pull the debris out. A bent coat hanger, thick piece of wiring, or similar may work as well.
