Mine is doing the same thing. 04 stratus, when you turn the key it just clicks, i have tried jump starting it also and that does not work. What else could it possibly be if not the starter?

    Thanks

Hello
Check the battery cables and battery before replacing the battery
starter is located down by the oil pan on the engine on the radiator side

I have 2005 I changed the starter and battery good but it still won't start

First does it crank, if it does then check to see if the fuel injectors are getting fuel.....could be a fuel pump...

second....if there is nothing when you turn the key and the battery is good and the starter was replaced...it could be a bad ground.....thats the ground coming off your battery and goes to your chassis of the car.........let me know how you make out.

2002 dodge stratus 2.7does not start no click noise was working.new batt

Possible starter motor problem. Try tapping the starter motor with something as you turn the key to the crank position. If it starts or makes any noises, suspect a starter. If no help, you will have to check for start power directly at the starter solenoid and diagnose from there

Car won't start . Clicking noise wen key is turned

It's your starter. Find location of your starter. By the flywheel. Then. Bang on it . Your car will start. You still need to replace the starter.

2004 Dodge Caravan with 3.3 ltr eng. Won't start,

This sounds like a classic bad connection either at the battery or engine ground. Check and recheck all your connections and be sure they are clean and tight.
