Question about 1995 Nissan Pathfinder
Hello, I have a 93 nissan pathfinder XE automatic 3.0 4x4. Truck drives excellent in 2wheel, but as soon as I shift it in 4wheel it is all over the road. Feels just like when your tie rod end is shot (but it's not) Only does this in 4 wheel. I only use 4 hi because I cannot shift in in lo. Any suggestions would be great. Just started doing this after 1 month having it in 4wheel
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

all trans. take dex 2 or dex 3 with your nissan being a 95 i would say dex 3 my friend. dextron 3 is like dot 3 brake fluid it mixes with all fluids of its class.

SOURCE: 4wheel drive will not engage
I had this happen to my 2002 Sportage 2 years ago. Check the vacuum lines running from the transfer case to the hubs, one of mine was cracked, and therefor the system cannot '****' the locking hubs in place. It cost me 50 cents to fix.
