SOURCE: turn signal flasher
there are 2 one for the hazards and one for the blinkers
the hazards are under the dash about where your right knee would be you have to remaove the lower portion of the dash (2 screws)
the blinkers are way up under the dash by the parking brake.....way up you have to get on your back and move wires to see it if the flasher still works a little you can hear it.....again its way up there but you dont have to remove anything to get to it.
I just changed mine it took 10 times as long to find it as it did to replace it

Oh you'll love this I just fixed that problem. Yes there is a flasher fuse there are actually three. One in the fuse box and two under the dash panel. Drop your plastic panel at the bottom and look for two half a dollar sized round fuses those are your flasher fuses. They run around two bucks at your nearest auto part I would replace both so you want have that problem again but yes there is a flasher fuse for it. Good luck

did you make sure that you changed the proper flasher, your vehicle has two of them, one is for hazards and other is for signals. to tell just turn on hazards if the flasher that you change clicks then you changed the wrong one.

It is located above your I/P fuse panel slightly to the right, and near your steering column, left side. You may need to drop your bottom dash panel to access it easily. It will take a 7mm wrench to drop the bolts under the steering wheel...you may need to do that all the way across the bottom dash, just remember how you took it off and don't loose any of the bolts. They go back the way they came out...a little bit of work, but it isn't bad.
