I would try replacing the wiper arm itself and also make sure that there is no binds in the motor or rubbing anything inside the door

SOURCE: 4/04 ford f150 4x4 front axle actuator won' t stay disengaged

Even though you checked the vacuum lines and found no leaks it does not mean there isn't a problem. The check valve in the line closest to the firewall actuator is probably your problem. Had the same issue replaced this line and solved it. The check valves in the vacuum lines are your best next guess.

SOURCE: 98 ford expedition xlt, when i turn key switch on,

The Solenoid Switch that controls the starter is bad. If you can get someone to help you. Have them turn the key while you listen under the hood for where ehe clicking is comming from. 2 different Solenoids were used on this model one built on the starter the other mounted on the finder well near the battery. Repair is simple if replacing the Solenoid mounted on the finder well. If it is the starter mounted unit the starter will have to be removed. Most auto parts stores will allow you to use the Chiltons manuel in the their store to lookup removal instructions.Auto Zone, Advanced Auot parts PEP BOYS O'Reillys. All do this as a free service.
Hope this helps

I have a 2000 ford expedition, when i drive it, it makes a grinding sound and bad vibration from front passenger side. It almost seems as if it is not completely out of 4wd.

Most likely you have a bad wheel bearing on the right front tire but at the same time you could have a stuck brake caliper on the front right as well you can tell if it's a bad brake caliper if the vehicle well rolling at about 5 miles an hour and shift it into neutral bad bearing if when you shift the vehicle turning the wheel hard to the right it kind of grinds you could also jack up the front right tire and turn the wheel rotating it to see if it is stiff

Rear wheel bearings??

Yes. It could absolutely be wheel bearings gone bad. Any time a wheel wiggles more than a little bit that is the first place to check on the rear of the vehicle.

Metal clicking noise sounds like it is coming from the back left side also has vibration. 2002 Ford f150

U joint, wheel bearing, stone in wheel cover, if you have one,. Best to get it on a hoist or jack up one side at a time and turn wheels back and forth to see where the click is coming from.

The steering wheel in my 1998 ford expedition is hard to turn and it make a clicking sound

Sounds like the column bearing has gone bad or the column may have been serviced and the retainer ring not locked in its bore.

Front end noise when turning. almost sounds like

There are a couple of things to cause metallic sounds when turning. First thing, is if it's a clicking sound when you turn, then you have a cv joint going bad. It's usually more prominent when moving in reverse, however it can happen just as well while moving forewards. Secondly, if it's more of a grinding or scraping noise, we have a couple of options. The sound could be coming from the brakes, if they're worn or have grit stuck in them, or it could be bad bearings in the front wheel hub. The wheel hub has a tendency to making a whining noise when driving; usually most easily heard when driving past buildings. They can also allow the tire/wheel to present the appearance of leaning when looking at it. If bad enough, it can even rub on the brake caliper, or cause the disc brake rotor to wear out the brake pads prematurely. So, to recap: Check:
CV joints, if a clicking sound brakes or wheel hub bearings if grinding or whining sound.
