Yes my phone does have blue tooth, but when I ask it to find devices it doesn't pick up anything when I'm in the jeep.

    Thanks

Brown mute wire for new ken wood in 2002 rodeo, does it go with illumination wire, green/red or red/green?

Hi, i'll need a bit more info to be able to give you an opinion , am i correct in assuming the "new kenwood " is a radio/cd player ? If so do you have a car phone or a hands free kit for your mobile/cell phone ? Assuming the kenwood is a radio the mute wire has to be connected to the car phone/mobile hands free kit , this is usually described in the phone installation directions , how the mute system works is when you recieve a call the signal is sent via the phone system to the radio , which is where the mute wire comes into use .If you have either of the phone set ups i've described post back with there details , make , model etc ,if you do not have this type of system and are using an ear piece then the mute funtion can't be used , i hope this is of some help to you

I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S and I'm trying to get the telephone to work in my car. My owners manual told me that I need to refer to a mobile manual, but I do not have a copy of this. So I dont know how to...

yes turn phone off then whilst driving throw it out of window at speed ,then you cannot be hassled by anyone, turn the stereo up and play favoutire CD in total peace and freedom of interuption by annoying ringing and people whose lif will not revolve unless they are on the phone asking stupid questions about a load of trivia .Anyway try the bluetooth connection on the mobile if your that desperate to stay in touch

How do i connect my mobile with my x type jaguars phone system

If there is no mobile phone Paired to the
vehicle system and the SIG screen is
displayed, Pairing may be performed as
follows:
Select Phone Mode (if not already
selected).
Use touch-screen keypad to enter the
following digit sequence and press the
Send/End button.
The following sequence performs exactly
the same function, but times-out after
approximately five minutes, ##1#*#.
(If you are not familiar with the Pairing
process, this sequence is NOT
Recommended, because of the time-out
period.)
At the SIG**** screen the vehicle system
is waiting for communication with a
Bluetooth equipped telephone.
Check that your mobile phone is set to the
Jaguar Bluetooth system, using the menu
functions on the phone. Refer to the
handbook that was supplied with your
specific mobile phone.
When Jaguar device is found on the
mobile phone display, the phone will
prompt you to enter the pass key (1313)
on the mobile phone keypad.
When the above operation has been
completed and the phone is successfully
Paired and connected with the vehicle
system, the SIG* screen will be displayed.

Heard a similar complaint, try disconnecting the main battery leads. This should clear the head unit and allow you to return to default menu.
