I have the same problem with my 1998 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I feel it has something to do with the slider switch. Pressing down on the switch while sliding it up and down and setting it at a desired level of intensity usually works for me.

Break light not working on a 1998 plymouth grand voyager expresso

If you are saying the brake light and parking light on one side is dead, the problem would be in the socket or the ground connection.
There would be two different circuits involved. And the rear parking lights are powered by the same fuse as the front.
The brake lights are on one fuse too.

Tail lights, parking lights and dashboard lights on 2004 grand marquis are inoperative. Headlights, turn-signal lights, brake lights, hazard lights, back-up lights all work

Tail lights, parking lights and dash lights are all on the same circuit...I'd go to the fuse panel under the dash and check the fuse for those lights....usually referred to as accessory lighting in the owners manual and is usually a 10A fuse.

Hope this helps...

I dont know if this is a fuse problem or bulb problem: 1. no parking lights in front on sides 2. no turn signals inside or outside 3. some insturment panel not lit. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE ?

Those cars have bad light switches....try to pull switch out real easy and watch your dash lights they will come on in the sweetspot and that is a recall fixed for free I believe! Good Luck!

Check fuse panel, under dash, as well as under hood. Owners manual should also give you map of fuses. May say"park" lights, "running lights", or something similar.
