Question about 2002 Pontiac Sunfire
There is a yellow light that is staying lit on my dash board. There are the letters 'TCL' on the light. I bought the car used and there was no manual with it so I don't even know what the letters mean, OR, if there is something important that needs to be fixed. I would appreciate some expert advice as I know nothing about fixing cars.
There should also be a Traction Control button next to the sterring wheel on the left. On our 2002 Sunfire the light turns on if you disable traction control. Maybe you need to turn it back on?

Bonnie, this is the traction control light, there is many reasons why this could be on. The easiest way to turn it off is to pull the emergency brake, this would usually disengage the traction control. This is not, however, a fix to your problem as to why it is on.
