Bought part for heater but can't find where it is located

Well I have a similar problem with the heat in my 1998 Ford Expedition. The blower is working but the air is cold. If anyone has any information on this issue please respond. There are heaters in the front and the back. I had the thermostat changed, the heater coil blew out in case it was clogged. I also had the clutch fan changed and the climate control knob changed and the heat still will not get hot.

Ac/heater fan doesn't work

According to my wiring diagram, the blue and white wire from the blower motor gets power from the key switch. The fan switch and resistor grounds the motor.
No blower fuse is listed.

High speed doesn,t work on heater switch.

Pull the heater control panel out of the dash and inspect the blower speed control switch, look for signs of a burnt connector to the switch, it will be discolored looking, if this is the case replace the switch and install a repair connector

Heater / air conditioner fan control doesn't engage fan. Previously, it only worked in high speed.

I would replace the blower motor resistor first then see if that corrects this. The resistor is located next to the blower motor under the dash.

It is the vent control. It is located on the passenger side behind the dash. It is vacuum controlled. It can fail and not let you change the vent positions.
