You MUST have the air flow meter installed on your vehicle. The car will not run if you remove it. The Air Flow Meter measures the amount of air coming into the engine, and also the air temperature. This information is sent to the fuel injection computer, to determine the proper fuel to be injected. In reality, cars with "air-flow meters" do not really "benefit" from a cold air intake, due to the inherent restriction that the air flow meter causes, as it measures the air.
In short, I would not install the intake, you won't see much benefit. The graciousness of a FixYa rating for my assistance would be greatly appreciated..

I need to know how to replace the intake air hose.

If you are talking about the hose from the mass airflow meter to the throttle plate then all you need todo is use a ten millimeter socket or phillips screw driver and loosen the clamps and remove the hose. Reassembly is just the opposite. Good luck.

Cutting out like no power some times put a fuel filter on did not help

You may want to check the air flow meter, if it is dirty that can cause that issue.
the air flow meter can get contanimated by inlet air environment and Wet air filter oil, the airflow meter is the sensor in the intake hose and is very fragile, it can be cleaned by airflow sensor cleaner or break clean and letting air dry. Try that, or take to local honda dealer, you never know if there is an update to the ECU and they know the vehicles very well.

I have a 1995 Toyota Camry. It stopped running a few days ago and would not start. I called the auto parts store and they suggested that I "tap" the fuel tank (thinking it might be the fuel pump) and...

Is it possible that you or someone else took the air intake hose off at some point before or during this repair. If so, make sure it is on correctly. If the hose between the throttle body and airflow meter is not on properly or has any openings that are supposed to be connected but are not, the engine will not idle. The airflow meter needs to see every little bit of air entering the engine so that it can determine the correct amount of fuel to inject. Because the amount of air drawn in at idle is small, a very tiny leak in the hose can cause problems.

Understanding trouble codes for my vehicles

first the quest, this is common for nissan, replace the knock sensor, this sensor is located under the intake manifold rear of engine, some models you can sneak sensor out without removing the intake, this will take care of that car. now the camry, im guessing this is a 4 cylinder engine, replace the air fuel sensor (oxygen sensor) thats on the exhaust manifold. this will solve that problem. hope this helped.

Change the idle air control valve. That seems to be your problem. The only other thing it may be is your air temp switch located on the air intake.

The inlet air temp sensor is part of the Mass Airflow Sensor, it is located between the engine intake manifold and the air filter box, on the air tube. Easy to get to, unplug it and remove 2 screws.

You have upset the air flow meter You need to replace the air box lid.the flow of air past the airflow meter must be comsistant and surge free.the factory match the flow of air to the afm and they are like siamese twins, they are a matched pair.If you return the air box and rest of air intake to factory parts your problem will go away.Im sure these problems began to appear when you started changing parts and cutting holes.Good luck
