Your wiper linkage has come off the wiper motor. To reconnect the linkage, first remove the wiped arms, the remove the wiped cowl. The wiper cowl bolts are located under the hood and screws through the spaces in the cowl. Reconnect linkage, reinstall cowl, reinstall wiped arms.
Check where the pivots attatch to the wiper arm. There is a plastic cap you remove and under it is a nut, and if it's loose, you need to get the wiper motor to park...by turning on the wipers, and then off and wait untill it sounds like it has stopped. Then place the wiper arms to where they belong parked, and tighten the nuts.
Check all fuses and fusible links in engine compartment fuse box and let us know the results. Also specify exactly everything that isn't working--is it the A/C blower or clutch? Wipers and washers? How about the radio? Door locks? etc...
