Doesn't sound like a bcm issue. You have not stated your symptoms clearly. Check for power at the headlight socket and trace the wires from there. Could be you have lost the ground connection to the chassis.

Locked steering wheel

Need more info but try wiggling steering wheel back n forth while turning key. Also add a light lubricant such as 10W40 to lock cylinder and wiggle key. Check if key is worn or another key if possible.

Often this is caused by the steering wheel binding against the lock in the column.
Try to let go of the steering when you come to a stop parking before you turn the key off

Power steering and suspension

In a lot of GM and Chevys the intermediate steering link will lose grease and cause a clunk-like feeling while turning and braking. There is a TSB for such a problem. The dealer may still warranty the repair. You can take your truck into a local shop and they'll shake down the front end for about 1/2 hour labor to see if anything is wrong. About 80% of the time a pull is caused by a lateral tire pull or even a bad tire. Check your air pressures as well.

Steeing wheel vibrates when i turn to the left from a stop

Does it feel like it's trying to pull back straight? if so, I would say you have a seized strut bearing on the right side.

My 2006 Malibu steering wheel is going bad.

The power steering is electric on that car. It has a electric motor on the column, and a control module. There are several causes that could be the problem. You need to have it scanned to get a better idea of what to do. If you can give me the codes you get then I will be glad to advise you on what's best. Good Luck
