Car jerking/bucking in cold weather

My husband's 1992 Subaru Loyale bucks and jerks when it is cold outside-even after warming up. He has not been able to drive it in cold weather as it jerks too much. It has always been jerky until it warmed up, but now if it's cold outside it doesn't stop. Rotor, cap, suel filter have all been changed...help! Really don't want to ahve to buy anew car right now!!

1999 subaru hesitation

i have similar problem with my 1999 b4 twin turbo auto. it happened after changing the knock sensor. other than this jerking the car gains power after and runs very well. but the jerking is annoying. No warning signs in my car dash though it burns well3f396f6a-4d54-4351-9bfa-47d0ca43b218.jpg

Bucking while idling

You want to check your charging system. Take a reading at the battery and see what you get. it should be 13.5-14 volts. Check the volts at the cables. with the battery hook up take a reading at the cables. if there is a big difference between the cables and the battery then you need to clean and tighten your cables. If the volts are less then I said before then you need to have your alternator checked.

Yeks, quick (when engine cool) make sure your radiator is FULL and engine is AIR BLED at the thermastadt. If your master brake cylinder is assisted power your DIAPHARM could be ruptured. Causes low vac in system so heater controls only work at idle the changes to cold when driving

Fuel/running related

Have you checked the fuel pump pressure? About 100,000 miles the fuel pump of some Isuzus tend to fail. What I recommend Is to check
the fuel pressure of the pump using a fuel pressure gauge. Another possibility is a clogged fuel filter.Check the fuel filter.
