You have mentioned everything except the one thing that most early 89-93 tbirds had and could happen to the newer tbirds:the Strut bar bushings, although they are thinner on the later years the fact remains that they also will fail.
see if you can get the Moog brand (problem solver)

Head bolts are torque to yeild so you MUST use new bolts.
Tighten cylinder head retaining bolts in numerical sequence in three steps as follows:

Dealer should be able to furnish all that from your VIN, but you could try (decodethis.com) enter Vin # and it gives quite a bit of detail too.
