SOURCE: 2003 lincoln no starter, fuel pump, injector pulse,

It's not simple what ever the problem is. At the very least you'll need to get hooked up to code reader at perhaps the local auto store for free to see what codes are stored?

Next place will charge for the service and by that I mean the dealership, I see no other alternatives if the free hook up at an Auto store won't get results.

2005 ford focus, the car will start and run for a few seconds then stop. The fuel pump does not come on

Are you missing anything else?
Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? The reason I ask, if your missing all three, have to check for rpm signal, comes from crank sensor.
As far as just the fuel pump, could be the pump--voltage and or ground circuit--could be problem with inertia switch--fuse.
Any applicable trouble codes? To check codes, yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader.
I don't think it is your security system, my info says your security system will disable starter motor among other components. Make sure battery has a full charge.

Injectors have no polse not starting

What is year--make--model? Any voltage at fuel injector? Usually the injector pulse is controlled on the ground circuit. If no ground, check rpm signal and your security system. There could be other issues, like an open circuit or no voltage, something like that.

Wont start. it has injector pulse but no spark

is there power and ground to the coils?

If there is injector pulse than the crank sensor has to be good. Injector pulse and spark are both calculated off from the signal from the crank sensor.

Checking for power and ground to the coils is a good place to start. If that checks out than either there is a wiring issue in between the PCM and the coils or possible the PCM has failed.

Could be a computer problem among other things.
The computer grounds the injectors when it sees RPM and a spark signal.
You may need a shop that has a scanner that will read data flow in and out of the computer to find the problem.

Did you check your CKP and CMP power wires for a short to ground? Short to ground up stream might be pulling the voltage low from the PCM. Also.. have you pulled up the underhood fuse block just to see if there's any rodent damage to the wiring under there? That's a pretty common spot for rodents to cause problems.

1992 ford taurus ignition loss from eec to spark output grounded

This means that the Comprehensive Component Monitor (CCM) monitors the operation of the fuel injector drivers in the PCM. The test fails when the fuel injector does not operate electrically even though the harness assembly and fuel injectors test satisfactorily.

Faulty fuel injector driver within the PCM could be the cause.
