The individual lights for the temperature cluster (and radio cluster) are soldered on a circuit board. Replacing one bulb is a long and tedious process, it can be done, but replacing the entire circuit board may be easier (no idea of the cost, but I have the same issue - drivers side is out)

The service traction light means there is an issue with the ABS T/C system. I have had this happen a number of times. My fix was to have the front wheel ABS wiring pigtail harness replaced (approx. $30.00)

NO YOU HAVE TO REPLACE HIGH BEAM LIGHT BULBS WITH HIGH BEAM LIGHT BULBS BECAUSE HIGH BEAM LIGHT BULBS AND LOW BEAM LIGHT BULBS TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULBS.WEAR CLEAN LATEX GLOVES HANDLING THE HEADLIGHT BULBS WHICH IS HALOGEN LIGHT BULBS, OIL FROM FINGERS OR HAND WILL CAUSE HALOGEN BULBS TO OVER HEAT BLOW OUT.

My radio quit working. turns on and looks like it is but no sound. cleaned the wires on the harness going to the amp by the rear back door. but still nothing. some previous owner has done this before and...

Soaked floor on passenger side probably is a bad seal on cabin air filter. Replace filter, and silicon glue any rubber gaskets that are loose. Cheap and easy fix.

My 2005 Chev. Impala.temperature gage shows car is running hot when everthing is fine..

How do you know it is fine? You need to know the exact temperature. Put a thermometer on the radiator. It should be around 160 degrees F. but it is also possible to adjust the gauge slightly. You would have to take it out and look on the back to see how to do this, as there are many different types. You can test the gauge by shorting the head sensor to the head directly, and the gauge should go to max. The sensor is the most likely, and it is not expensive, and just threads into the head.

My 2005 chevy impala blows heat on the passenger side and cold air on the drivers side. Please help! I have tried disconnecting the power fuse for ten minutes to recalibrate and nothing.

I have the same issue with my 2005 chevrolet impala. I took it to the shop and its the dual module control out on the driver side which will cost anywhere from $300.00 to $500.00 to get fixed.

2005 cheve aveo hattch back - my passenger side front parking light does not work but the turn signal does. i have replace all 3bulbs and checked the fuses but parking light still not working

Its not an issue with the fuse or the bulb. This is a problem caused by water leaking to the back of the light Assembly and causing corrosion to interrupt the connection. Try cleaning the connections where the bulbs plug in and then try it. If this doesn't do it then you will need to replace the whole light Assembly. That could be a bit pricey for new or you may find it at a salvage yard and save. Hope this helps. Good luck.

2006 Chev Impala turn signals not working on rear lights, turn signal flashing at a faster rate than normal, No brake lights when pushing on brakes.

Two issues here, you will need to replace the flasher. this will correct the erratic turn signals.

Concerning the brake light. Make sure the bulbs are in working condition and, check the wiring harness for faults as well. if the bulbs and wires arr OK, replace the brake light switch.

You can test for proper current by pulling the brake light bulbs out the socket and, use the copper prongs inside the brake light socket for testing. use a volt meter and, hit the brake pedal and, see if the meter registers a current. if not, replace the wiring harness.

2005 Chevy Impala Headlight

hi from uk for info the dip beams have a seperate fuse in fuse box for each side offside and nearside so if bulb is ok ? check fuses if you have h/book ? it will give location and amperage of fuse required also the same goes for the side/tail licence plate lights are on seperate fuses so you do not lose all lights if fuse goes

Temperature gauge not working 2005 chevrolet impala

There is a temperature sensor likely to be on your radiator. Make sure the connection is plugged in. Sometimes un-plugging and plugging it back will correct the issue. If not, you'll have to have some check if the sensor is faultly or if the electric wire is fault. You can check your fuse box. I don't think it's a fuse because other things on your instrument cluster would also not work.
