SOURCE: blower motor

This is a common problem with the inflatable snow globe. Regretably you can only obtain a replacement on the planet kuku in the zooloo star system. Good luck as it is three million light years away.

go to an electrical motor shop and get the capacitor as most motor problems (if they are not burnt out Check by the smell) are related to the capacitor.

The blower motor was working and then only low speed now not at all. is there a resister in the electrical to the blower motor

Yes.
On most models high speed bypasses the resistor, so you could have a faulty blower motor. You would need to check for voltage and ground at the motor first.

Fortunately your motor is easy to access. See picture and directions below. AC or heater fan does not work?

The most common problem with these fans are the fan itself wears out, or the relay becomes burnt at the contacts inside, or both.

Blower Motor REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. If necessary on 1992 and 1993 Typhoons, remove the charge air cooler. For details, please refer to Section 3 of this manual. Fig. 1: Example of a common blower motor installation - vehicles without A/C shown 85386001.gif

Blower switch for a/c and heater on dash only works on speed 4----blower fan does nothing on setting 1, 2, or 3---Would this be a fuse?

you have a faulty blower motor resistor. This unit is usually located near the blower motor under the passenger side dash. It controls the fan speed for a/c-heater etc. They cost around $25-$80 depending on your model.
