There are several options. It all depends on how bad you want the leather seats. You could disassemble the seats and transfer the upholstery from one seat to the other, or you could transfer the motor mechanisms from one seat to the other. The leather seats are most likely equipped with seat heater elements...there is no way you are going to get them to work without redesigning half of the vehicle, so you can either leave the heating elements out when you transfer the upholstery or just leave their respective connectors disconnected.

Lumbar seat not working

Inside the seat cover is a pressure check valve, in many cases it leaks and the pressure bleeds off and the seat will not inflate, it is located in the plastic tubing that inflates the seat bladder.

2008 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Driver Seat moves and light goes on while driving

Most likely a failing driver door latch internal contact switch , GEM module thinks it sees door open and kicks seat back and turns dome lite on. Use of a scanner to access GEM will show codes to verify issue.

On the dashboard a large red seatbelt symbol appears with the word pass underneath, also a large letter (i) appears next to the gauge

Did you transport a box or heavy object on the passenger seat?
The weight sensor (part of air bag system) detect a heavy object on the passenger seat.

With key on and engine running,clear the passenger seat ////// buckle then un-unbuckle to clear warning.

Also check the weight sensor and buckle connector.
Car wash clean can accident disconnect (or damage) this connector during vacuum.
======== Also inspect the pass. buckle opening for dirt.

2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition - when turn key on message flashes across top center of dash "passenger airbag off". How do I turn it ON?

most of these new day pass air bags are in the off possition untill weight is applied to pass seat. Sit in pass seat and start vehicle and see if this activates the air bag on.

I have mercury mountieneer 2007 since six months ago there is error messge show ( clear the object from passenger seat) it's come only when the front seat is empty i want solution for that.

Fasten the seat belt maybe? Then the sensor will think it's a person there.

REPLACE DRIVER SEAT

remove the 4 mounting bolts by sliding the seat to access the bolts and lie it down towards the rear pass seat access any connector under the seat any(power seat).disconnect the connector and you can take it out.

Under My seat is a wire with yellow connector.

Probably for some sensor located in car seat telling computer that someone is seated there and possibly activating air bag circuit. Those bags are expensive and you do not want opening when not necessary.

2008 MKz - Remove Objects Near Pass Seat

Do you have anything under the drivers seat? Fords will put the airbag module under the seat, if anything is packed around it, it can cause the airbag light to come on. Remove any items around it and check the connectors are firmly in place.
