Here's a link to 98' - 2004 Intrepid 2.7. If you have dual cam etc. and all looks same, you should be o.k. Take a real good look at picture. If you click on it when you get there, it expands.

On a 2.4, there are no timing marks...There are holes in the cam gears that need to be aligned with corresponding holes in the head.
Though it's not terribly difficult to do, it must be done precisely according to instructions or valves will hit the pistons and destroy the engine. You can find instructions for this procedure in haynes and other vehicle service manuals. (too long to write out here).
Remember...this is an exact install...you cannot just get close!!!
