What is the firing order for 2001 malibu v6

    if is not a 3.8 it is 1 2 3 4 5 6 , if it is the 3.8 it is 1 6 5 4 3 2 , on the coils it shows what # cylinder the wire goes to , if you need to know what cylinder is # 1 etc. please post engine size , cheers .

if this is for the v6 engine this is the proper firing order.1-3-5 are in back by firewall, 2-4-6 are in front, the coils from left to right are 5-2, 3-6, 4-1, hope this helps. good-day !

look at the order of the rockers arm stands. the rocker arms itself. some are higher. the longer rods go to these arms. the shorter one go to the lower arms.

Need to know the placement spark plug wires 2001 chevrolet malibu


do not have a diagram, but heres the firing order. 1-2-3-4-5-6, 1-3-5 is in back, # 1 is closest to alternator. from left to right, or facing engine from front 2-4-6 is in front. 5-2-3-6-4-1 is coil pack, from left to right (facing from front of engine).

1-3-5 are in the rear
2-4-6 are in the front
the coil order 1-4-6-3-2-5 counting from the driver's side
