I would start by replacing the spark plugs. Could also possibly have a bad spark plug wire and/ or a bad coil. Another possibility is a bad fuel injector, but most likely cause is plugs.

how many miles are on it? if you have over 70k the head bolts may have let loose and allowed the head gaskets to leak they all do it

Check the spark plug wire and change if necessary. Also, if the spark plug wire doesn't fix it, change the coil pack for the number seven cylinder. If that doesn't fix it, check connections to the module underneath the coil pack and also change that if necessary.
