Sounds like possibly either the door frame or the window is not sealing fully.
Visually check the door seal, and window seals.
Check door sealing by putting a strip of paper in gap and closing door.
Slide out strip, if no resistance found then there is a gap, which can give you noise.
To cure this put your knee behind the door as you close it, and pull in on the top of the door frame, then recheck with the paper till it grips.
Good Luck !

Try taping up around window seal from the outside with wide masking tape.

If wind noise is still there do same around door and road test, this should tell you where your problem lies.

    Good Luck !

    John.

P.S. Have you fitted a roof rack ?

Wind noise in the front doors

you may want to check under the hood and dashboard to make sure all your rubber seal or there. open the hood and leave it open if you can see light anywhere looking from under the hood that could be the problem. if not check the seals around the door and the opening to the car to make sure they are there and not deteriorated

Subaru 03 Forester - problem in front differential, 3 wheels turn

Thumping noises and vibrations can be something as simple as a tread separation(or a big bubble) on one of your tires. As for the one wheel turning---that's perfectly normal. If you grab the wheel that's turning (not really recommended) and stop it completely, the other wheel will spin.

For 2001 Forrester Subaru - Front Windshield Washer fuse

If it makes noise, it's not the fuse. Most likely the discharge nozzles are stopped up. Try blowing compressed air into them from the outside.
