I have a 2005 2500 Dodge Ram, and the lumbar support broker in the drivers seat. I have the part but it is not readily apparent what the best way to install this replacement is?

the seat coverig will have to be removed to replace tgis parrt yoiu have.
on the bottom of eackj c
overing are hog rings the would be widen so removal witll be simlified

No lumbar support

There are several problems that could exist. Firstly I would check the fuses. If all are good, either the knob has quit working, or the motor that increases and decreases the support has gone out. If you can find the positive and negative wires going from the wheel to the motor, you can test it with a voltometer. You would have to have a manual to identify the wires. But if you can, test to see if the knob is sending an electric signal to the motor in the seat. If there is a signal going through, the motor is out. If there is not a signal going out, the knob has probably gone out. Hope this helps.

Drivers seat lumbar.

erasy to reapi a seat just remove from vehicle and strip the covers off most are rachet and pawl but if you cant fix it get a welder and weld it into the optimum position that you want then replace the cushions and covers
