Starter is mounted on passenger side of the bell-housing. Remove 1 end of support bar bolted on bottom side of frame and swing it out of the way. Remove the starter's 2 mounting bolts. Reposition solonoid posts to face you. Remove these cables.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SOURCE: how to wire a starter in a pontiac grand prix

Double check your battery terminals and cables...make sure they are clean, corrosion-free and snug. If they're dirty or have a layer of corrosion, even a new battery will make your starter click (due to poor voltage to the starter). Get yourself a battery terminal cleaning brush and clean them real good and connect snugly.

I think there is a circuit breaker That is overloaded or faulty fit a amp meter in series , switch every thing on and note the reading. The circuit breaker needs to have a 10% higher rate than the reading you have just taken .

How to remove a citroen berlingo dash board

Not very difficult once you disconnect the battery ,then remove the steering wheel and work from their following your nose for the screws ,i think the fittings that hold it in place and the heater unit are on the engine side of the firewall so you have to remove the wiper motor and the plastic trim below the screen .This is a lovely job to do and i dont envy you on this just done a peugeot 306 heater core still have the scratches all over my hands
