On Honda and Acura cars it's on the tank itself. Usually located in the space behind the front bumper directly in front of the wheels

Windshield washer pump not working

Unplug the pump motor located on the side of the fluid resevoir. Apply 12v directly to pump to check operation. If pump makes noise then it is a switch or electrical problem. It nothing happens then replace the pump.

Windshield washer fuse blows each time you engage the washer

your windshield washer pump has shorted and will need replaced. UNLESS there is a bare wire that is touching the frame somewhere in the washer circuit. But it is most likely the washer pump.

Do you have to replace windshield washer reservoir if washer pump is not spraying

No not usually. Sometimes the reservoir will get a crack in it that necessitates its replacement.
The washer pump is removable and can be replaced. Most parts houses carry a selection of washerpumps. If all else fails, a universal pump that plugs into the rubber pickup hose from the reservoir will generally work pretty good.

The windshield washer fluid isnt coming out for

Yes there are two pumps located in the wiper fluid reservoir. If your in a bind, you can switch the plugs and small hose that go to them because they are both the same. The upper pump operates the back, and the lower pump operates the front. The back won't work until it gets replaced, but it beats driving backwards.

Washer doesn't work and I can't hear the pupmp motor working.

The windshield washer pump is part of the windshield wash reservior.
There is an electrical connector located on the bottom of the reservior.
That is the pump .
If the pump is not in the reservior. I would just trace the washer fluid lines from the sprayer on the vehicle back to the pump. The lines just might lead back to the reservior for the windshield wash solution. Then you will have confirmed the pump is in the reservior.

You may have to get a new reservior. The pump might not be seperate item, I am not 100% sure on that.

I also would double check the fuses and any relays related to the washer pump.

Finally, I would check the washer switch if you replace the pump and still is not working .

Good luck

Yes their are two seperate pumps. The pum is located in the driver wheel well.

Check fuses then check the pumps. Make sure you are getting voltage to both pumps.
