Question about 1994 Pontiac Bonneville
MY CAR HAS A PROBLEM (I DON'T KNOW ), BUT I RECENTLY RAPLACED IT THE "IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE", THE SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT TURN OFF, BUT THE PROBLE THAT I HAVE IS LIKE MY CAR IS ACCELERATED ALL THE TIME LIKE WHEN YOU PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE IDDLE GAS (SPEED TOO MUCH) EVEN WHEN I PARKING MY CAR OR ANY STOP THAT I MADE IT.GIVE ME A SOLUTION TO MY CAR'S PROBLEM.
You have to follow a certain procedure when replacing the IAC(idle air control. If you dont follow the correct procedure the pintle will stay in the wrong position, ie: it will not cover the opening in the throttle body and result in a high idle condition.
