the blowing air out is good, means the valves and rings are good. the rest of the problems seem like your valve timming chain is out, did you replace or remove it? has anything to do with ignition been touched?

What size of water jacket is fitted to lancer 4G15 engine?

I'm unclear what you actually need to know. The 4G15 came with two radiator sizes, about 12" wide for cars without A/C, and about 22" wide for cars with A/C or automatic transmission.

The coolant capacity is 5 6 liters.

I should suspect a motor mount, a transmission mount. or worse.
It sounds like you have a problem with a loose engine or gearbox. God bless your efforts.

I have a mitsubishi lancer cedia model 2000 frequent stall when driving i switch it off and on again in the ignition and come to live again for a few miles and does the same again what could be the cause

If you have the GDI model, they were designed to run on very lean air/fuel ratio.
Once the mileage is up a bit a lot of problems can be traced back to a high carbon build up in the intake manifold.
