It sounds like your electronic vent actuator has gone bad, it's common to go bad and may need to be replaced. There are tinny gears that wear out and the vent actuator stops working. You can try this, turn the radio off first so you don't have to enter the reset code to activate your radio. Disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and reconnect it, if the actuator has lost it's base line and stuck in the open heat position, this will reset it, just make sure the setting is to cold and off before disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. If this does not work, then it's a bad actuator and Auto Zone should have the part you need and will have the step by step instructions for you to the job you self, I believe the dealer is a $415,00 repair cost for this. Good luck and keep me posted.

Sounds like you have a bad blend door actuator, or a bad control unit. Need to have it checked to find out which it is.

there are two a/c lines that run down the fire wall under the van to the rear.right around the bottom of the fire wall the is a connection point on both lines. you will find a leak there .replace the orings and recharge system. also you will need two specail toyota tools to release the couplings.i have done this repair on several sienna's. let me know if this helps.

Check the vents at the bottom of the windscreen and the back of the hood for leaves and anything blocking.
Jet hose the vents if you can get to them.
If that doesn't work get it recharged at a auto shop as the system is obviously seperated from the passenger side and new gas might release any blockages as they will flush the system out.
Hope this helps.
