Fix, what does the mean.
replace it, or do a front end alignment..
best is to post whats wrong first then ask questions
or all answers will be wrong. at best wild guessing.

Go to your favorite local auto parts store and buy one after you figure out what parts are bad. Jack up the front of the car, put it on jack stands and take off the front wheels. both tie rods will be exposed. You can visually inspect them for being straight and not loose on either end.

Wow!!! I don't think I would put that much faith in gorilla glue. I had the same problem and had to replace the hb pully. My belt ended up slipping and jumped a few teeth causing the car to be badly out of time. Fix it before that happens.

we always look in the rail first on MPI engine
if not there its in the fuel tank on cars 2000 or newer. (EPA law)
see FPR with its vacuum hose there, bingo FPR

HOW TO REPAIR A ROD BARREN ON A 1995 GEO STORM PRIZM

Ok, if you mean engine rod bearing, you would need to take the oil pan off to get to the bearings.
If you mean one of the axle bearings you pull a wheel.

Changing the inner tie-rod end

Not a fun job. You will need to disconect the tierod from the other linkage. Mark the tierod where the rod end stops. Unscrew the old and put on the new rod end. Reconnect the linkage. Sounds easy but it will take time, and a little beating with a hammer. After you complete the job you should get an alignment to keep for chewing up your tires. A useful tool for this job is a "tie rod remover" it looks like a tuning fork. You can usually borrow or rent them from an auto parts store. they typically want a deposit for the tools. Hope this give you an hand.
