SOURCE: what do I use as

There is a 0 stamped on the outer part of the cam gear. On the crank there is a stamp as well but if I remember correctly it's just a stamp made with a punch. Hope this helps.

1967 buick riviera 430 dist firing order also vacuum diagram for engine and does dist wire go on pos side of coil?

F.O. is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. Rotor turns clockwise. Wire from coil to distributor is from negative side of coil. The positive side of coil is for hot wire originating from ignition switch. Always hot with key on.
For vacuum diagram, just google "1967 Buick Riviera 430 cu in, vacuum diagrams" . It is there.

I have no heat coming out of my heater on my 1967 Buick Riviera, 430-4. Had engine overhauled. The mechanic may not have hooked the vacuum lines Really want to find a vacuum line diagram for the 67.

If you lost a vacuum line then the heater would let hot air out the vents with or without the fan motor running. Do this test with the engine up to operating temperature Touch both hoses with the heater on and temp control to the hottest position. Now check the temperature of both hoses. They should be the same. If not that indicates a blockage of water to the heater core. Test the water flow valve too. It can be plugged with rust or not moving to let water into the core. The core itself can be plugged too. If you really need a hose diagram, a Chilton's manual will be your source of information. The engine won't idle well with a vacuum hose off.

P0172 reading on 1996 buick skylark

Rich condition on bank 1. Can be dirty MAF sensor, vacuum leak, fuel pressure problem. Inspect all vacuum hose and PCV hose. Clean the MAF sensor. Inspect fuel lines for pinches, leaks, or cracks. Replace the fuel filter. Purchase a can of quality fuel injector cleaner such as Seafoam or Techron and pour one can in a full tank of fuel. Check for exhaust leak before the O2 sensor. If none of this corrects the problem seek professional help.

Lost vacuum at defrost & vent & floor control.

It does not hook to throttle body , it hooks to a vacumn port on the intake manifold. Follow hose from cruise control module to the tee-three-way connector on firewall. Over time the tee will fall apart and will leak One hose goes to the vacumn port, one to cruise module, one to ac contols.
