Why did brake and abs indicator light go on after i changed cvboot only

As you were working in close proximity to the wires and sender unit for the abs. I would be checking that the wire has not been disconnected or broken. If everything appears ok then use a code reader and reset the system

When turning left or right, there is a "popping"

Check the CV joints on that side. Check to see if you have any leaks at the CVboot. Sounds like you have a bad CV joint.

How to replace cvboots what size is that big lugnut

By big lug nut I think you might mean Castle Nut. You would find that behind the Hub rotor etc. . If you only need a boot, it is possible that you can purchase one that is in half and comes with a special glue - so that you wont have to disassemble the entire axle.

I am not sure if i should change the cvboot or the whole axle.

duallycorvet: I'm afraid the CV joints are well beyond the point of replacing the boots. At this point the axle must be replaced.
Sorry.>>>>>>>>>>
Good news is that the axles are actually cheaper than it would be to replace the boots anyway!
Good Luck.
