1996 ford taurus parasitic draw test - test light on when everything disconnected pulled fuses under the hood till light went off its the 40AMP jct / BLK fuze was wondering what that fuze was and if there...

Yes, there would be a fuse box inside car. Either driver's side at kick panel, or passenger side in the glove box or underneath at the kick panel. When you find it, put that 40 amp fuse back in and continue with your test. I don't know what that junction block fuse is for. Surely someone will post it.

My son stuck a screwdriver in the cigarette lighter of my 2004 chevy blazer I opened the fuze box interior one the 15A fuze was fried Replaced it but still the lighter doesn 39 t work Checked th

I don't believe that the lighter has a relay in it's circuit. My best guess is that the lighter element shorted out, causing the fuse to blow. The lighter part that you pull out of the socket can be disassembled by unscrewing the knob. The element (part that glows red) can be replaced. Any auto parts store should have one.

Dash lights went out , also the headlight censer stop working could this be a fuse problem?

It very well could be. Ensure you have the proper size fuze for your vehicle. Also, make sure all of your wire connections are secure. Another thing you might want to do, is make sure the sensor isn't worn out. A dead censer will need to be replaced, but shouldn't interfere with your headlight's normal operation. Sometimes wires can come loose, so make sure those connections are tight also.

The fuse panel for this is on the left end of the instrument panel (dash). Open the drivers side door to make this easier. Pull that little access door off and the fuse is in their.

I have a 1993 Honda Accord and the head lights won't turn on. I have changed the fuze and added new bulbs. what else can it be.

do you have low or high beams?

LOW BEAMS: When headlight switch is turned on the headlight relay is energized providing voltage through fuse 37 and 38 to the headlights and the low beams come on.

HIGH BEAMS : same thing as above thru fuses 37 & 38. When the dimmer is in high, the dimmer relay provides ground to the high beams, and the high beams come on.

1. pull your flash see if lights come on?
2. check fuse 15 if good
3. check fuses 37 & 38.
