The way to get acess to it is remove the drivers side wheel use a 18 to 24 inch extension with a 10mm socket attached to get to the mounting bolt of the sensor

Either ASD relay in the fuse box in the front driver's side engine compartment or a burnt wire on the harness on the back of the motor going to the crankshaft position sensor.....
The relay can be swapped with one of the other relays because they are the same ones in the fuse box.

Ignition could be intermittant, but not likely.
More likely is fuel filter.
As you drive, dirts packs on.
When you stop the pressure ends and some dirt falls off.
Until it packs on again.
Put a fuel pressure gauge on to be sure.
