Depending on the year make and model, the coolant temp sensor could have failed. The sensor for the computer is usually different from the sensor for the gauge.

Car losing power

hmmm a bit odd there seems like the air to fuel mix isnt correct if the engine is losing HP rather then gaining performce as it should be with a turbo and EGR valve and airflow meter being placed in unless if not mistaking the airflow meter isnt reading the air flow correctly as it should

Did you try bleeding the system or burping it? See after you replaced that sender unit you got air in the system. There should be a bleeder that looks close to a brake bleeder.park on a uphill grade and crack open the bleeder that should expell the air. The engine needs to be running ant the thermostat open.

Engine light on ...message says =engine power reduced.. and now temp is reading hot ,message says check engine temperature ...have had fluid levels checked , they said i had plenty of coolant.....could it...

im going thru the same issue right now, for 1 dont let the needle go more then 3/4 line , you can damage other parts, ive had radiator , water pump, thermostat, coolant level checked and fan replaced but still same ish, ive learned allot dealing with this car , 1 if ur ls starts running hot in traffic or on street , then ur fan isnt working properly, my fan used to work but was loud and was on all the time , fixed that issue , now as i described in traffic she starts to go hot , ur fan is a hydraulic fan which is powered by power steering fluid so since i have a new fan the only problem could be is that my power steering pump isnt working not sending fluid thru fan, 2 if it has to do with the heads i was told to get rid of car, not worth the cost , i hope this wil help a bit and hopefully it isnt the heads

I have loud rattle noise coming from the front end of the engine. could it be the water pump or a fan?????? The engine is strong and no other problems.

if it isnt running hot or losing water id say no to both, maybe a bearing going bad in one of the pulleys but the truck isnt that old. id say check in the fan shroud to make sure nothing fell in there and make sure the blades arent hitting the sides while turning.

Tempature gauge doesnt rise like it should

Mostly likely being the temperature gauge isnt going to the normal position usually indicates a problem with your engines thermostat, this problem with the thermostat usually is accompanied by poor heater output so if your heater isnt getting as hot as it use to chances are your thermostat is opening to soon or is stuck in the open position which is why your temp gauge isnt rising to the normal halfway point like it should...

Engine stumbles when accelrating.

I would start by checking the rubber tube that goes from the air flow meter/air filter box for cracks. If that part isnt bad I would check the T.P.S.(throtle positoin sensor.

Low miles per gallon

Hi the first thing you might want to look at is low tyre pressures or a fuel leak? After eliminating those i would look at the MAF or mass air flow meter. If you unplug your air flow meter with a hot engine and drive it there should be a large difference in performance, if there isnt then replace the MAF as it is faulty.

Temperature gauge

no,not "into"red, but close to it. if it goes to red,you might have a failing thermostat. let me xplain. -a failing thermostat will either make your motor run too hot,or too cold,(the temp you see on your dash is for the motor)
NOW,you also have a temp sensor for the radiator fan, which is on the radiator.
SO,if the motor thermostat isnt opening, the rad' isnt getting the hot water(to cool off),in turn, the fan will come on later!!(hotter)
in conclusion,replace the engine thermostat,(it's cheap$$)
