Depending on age of the car, could be carburator issues, tune up issues, bad spark plugs or/and wires, timing off if it has a distributor cap type points- newer cars the fuel injection system or computer can be going on the blink.

Is it possible for fuel injection system to over-load if remote start fails and re-trys to start

-You mean is it too much fuel inside the cylinder because to fail to fired? And now can't start or start but no fired ?
-Yes. But in this case you need to manually start the car with wide open throttle (Press gas pedal all the way down before start. As soon as it start or fired then let the gas pedal return back to normal). After this time it'll be back to normal.

Good luck

Carburetor backfire and antifreeze leaking under the car

first up check that you have put the spark plug leads on the correct plugs in the firing order as back firing comes from having 2 leads crossed. Have a pressure test done on the coolant system to find the leak . If it just started after the back firing I suspect that the inlet manifold may be corroded at the water cross over section and the back firing may have loosened the gasket enough for the leak to mstart
