SOURCE: 1999 Honda Passport. I do have power to the ECU and Fuel pump relays but no power coming off the relay to feed the fuse

The fuel pump fuse? That is hot at all times. Look for a main fuse that the big ones some even have clear cap . You basically need to find the main power that feeds the fuse2_29_2012_4_40_22_am.gif

1999 Honda Passport Stalled while driving.I assumed it ran out of gas because of the "floating"gas tank.I never know how much gas I actually have. But I put approx 2 and a half gallons in and it will NOT...

Look in the relay box under your hood and find the fuel pump relay. Look for another relay with the same amperage rating and switch them, then try to start the engine. f that does nothing, look for a way to loosen the timing belt cover so you can visually inspect the timing belt for wear damage, tension or failure. If it all looks good, then I would change the fuel filter and while you have the fuel lines disconnected, insert them into an empty plastic bottle mouth and secure them so they won't come out. Then try cranking the engine to see if fuel sprays into the bottle and if it does, does it seem to have good pressure. If it has low or no pressure you probably have a bad fuel pump.
