Question about 2001 Pontiac Montana
These are common for the vans. Inside your door there is an actuator that has burnt out. It is the same one that unlocks ya door and makes it open. It is locacted in the frount of the door next to the latch. It controls the door motor to make it open. Also check and see if you have bad wires going to the motor. I have seen them get coroded and not work right. Before you put it back together use some vasoline on the connection so it wont happen again.
