If following the instructions that limo has offered and the remote still does not reprogram, try replacing the batteries in the remote. It takes 2 cr1616 batts. good luck finding them. they aren't available in the one horse town in which I live.

are you talking about door pad keys? If yes, the permanent code is on a plastic card in your owner manual folder and on the module. Your dealer also can retrieve with his scanner for about 1/2 hour labor.
