Oil and fuel guages look as though they have had excess voltage applied to at some stage. these can be removed and sent to a gauge repairer. Printed circut board behind dash may have to be inspected and/or repaired. Speedo could be tested by removing sender and gear drive and spinning with cordless drill watching that you dont over speed and wreck the head unit. hope you have some success

GMC yukons are notorious for gauge malfunctions, there are recalls for some models
However, if you have recently changed your battery this problem can occur and will take some driving time 30 min-60 min for the computer to fully reset.

Glad to hear my 2000 Xterra is not the only one possessed by the digital dash demon! I sometimes wonder how many miles are really on it because the odometer, rpm and speed comes and goes when it wants. I've been known to use my GPS to gauge my speed while driving.

There have been several issues with the instrument clusters in the Voyagers and Caravans. The circuit board can have cold solders at the plug connection causing an intermittent failure of the instruments. The fix is to remove the trim under the dash, around the steering wheel and in front of the cluster. This can be done with just a phillips screwdriver and some patience. Once this is out of the way there are 4 screws that hold in the cluster. Remove the cluster, and with a low temp solder gun, heat the solder points where the plug connects until they are liquid and reset themselves. Reassemble the cluster and check them before you put the dash assembly back together.
