Question about 2002 Ford SVT Focus
This vehicle is fitted with a transponder key type immobiliser. the indicator light is located on the centre of dash. It will blink when the ignition is switched off indicating system is armed. turning ignition on disarms the system. If the light remains on then a fault has been detected or the system did not recognise the key. Lock and unlock relay's could also be at fault and also power to these via fuseable links and fuses that are permantly live

The fuse panel is located to the lower left of the steering wheel. Remove the 2 hex screws holding it in place and turn it around. The fuse (63) is somewhat hidden behind a wiring harness. Replace the fuse and try the locks. If they work your are good, if it blows again you have to find the location of the shortage, thats where I'm stuck :(

hi i would start by checking if there is a relay, it seems that there is a delay on the pressure pump that is supposed to shoot the door pins up.
