Oil leak from botom side

Because of the sliding contact between teeth in a rearend hypoid gear set there is a tremendous amount of heat generated. I wouldn't be surprised if the leaks are heat related.

Check gage light? whas it mean?

It means exactly what it says, check your gauges. One of the guages must be indicating a problem, i.e. coolant too hot, low oil pressure, low voltage, etc. If you don't know how to read your gauges for proper diagnosis, I'd suggest you find someone who does; perhaps your local dealership or mechanic. This could save you a potentially costly repair bill in the near future.

Oil pressure drops once it gets warm

Sorry to say it sounds like the motor is gone. Higher oil pressure when the oil is cold is normal. But, when the engine gets to operating temp and the pressure bottoms out and the engine knocks you have big problems. If the mileage is very high (150,000) or more your bearings are so worn that the oil can't fill the void between the surfaces and thus the low oil pressure.
