losing power can be down to an air leak spray some carb cleaner over the air lines and manifold. depending on the type of cleaner it will do one of two things engine will speed up or it will cut out. that will mean you have a leak spray the engine when it is upto temp normal running. usually around 10 to 15 min. were ever it makes a change in engine that is were a problem is.

My car is losing power if i put my foot down and it makes a really loud whining sound?? please help

The loud sound is probably the throttle body just sucking in air. Your problem is probably the fuel filter is clogging up. Plenty of fuel pressure , just not enough volume of fuel.

Audi A4 B6 1.8T puffing off blue smoke and losing power.

Check immediately the turbocharger! DO NOT START THE ENGINE WITH THIS KIND OF PROBLEM!
Remove the air inlet axial center hose of the turbocharger, in other words the compressor air inlet hose. Then check axial & radial gaps of the turbocharger rotor.
Check also the turbocharger oil pressure supply. Check the engine oil level also.
Repair & replace bad pieces.
In the most cases the turbocharger is out of order when engine puffing off blue smoke and losing power.

Sometime works other 50/50 won't idle

Honestly, I would say its your Mass airflow sensor. Sounds like your truck is sucking either not enough, or too much for the air/fuel mixture to compensate. Thats what it sounds like to me. I would replace that, or even clean it. If you take it out, and clean it up real good with some alcohol, you might catch a break as well. Hope all goes well.
