If its flashing than it means a transmission code,I believe its a overheating code for a solenoid in the transmission.

If hooked up wrong will it blow a fuse or not work anymore

What did you hook-up wrong, hope it wasn't the battery? If you hooked up the battery wrong, not sure what kind of damage might have been done?If some other component, which one?
Any electrical component that doesn't work, check wiring diagram, check voltage and ground for that system.

Wrong fuel in cherokee

Answer depends upon what "wrong fuel" you added. If it's a similar fuel
(gasoline but wrong grade etc) you can just keep using it and just use the right grade when you fill up. (same applies to diesel) But if you have used gas in a diesel or diesel in a gas vehicle, you have to drain the tank and purge the system to remove it. (tank needs to be taken down to drain). If you added under a quart of the wrong fuel, most times you can leave it alone and just fill the tank with the proper fuel and keep topping it off as you drive it to further dilute what was added.Your engine will usually tell you how unhappy it is with what you're feeding it.

Got 1994 lexus both a battery hook it up and come to find out it was wrong battery . Now the car wont start did find some bad fuses i change it still wont start. Could be my promlem is the car compute

Wrong battery? What was wrong, voltage, size, terminal location. I am not familar with a Lexus does it have two batteries? If you hooked up two batteries and did something wrong, like hook them in series some way then you could have fried the computer. It is really hard to determine what problem you have. The bad fuses should tell you something what did they run? Please rate my answer.

Check engine and set indicator lights on

Cars are monitored by onboard "computers". The check engine light is telling you something is wrong, but isn't telling you what. There are all kinds of codes that are stored in this "brain", and it has to be hooked up to another computer to find out what the codes are.

This is what makes me mad about newer cars. I am used to working on older, more simple cars. It will cost you anywhere from $80 on up just to have it scanned to find out what's wrong. If you are lucky, you might find a parts store that does it for free. Around where I live, Autozone and O'reilley/Schucks will do it free.

All that will do is scan for the code and tell you what's wrong....hopefully. Then ya gotta fix it.

There is no way anyone can tell you what's wrong without a computer-scanner.

Engine light on what wrong

engine light on can be alot of things, it is there to tell you that "Something" is wrong. so what you can do is go to your local auto parts store and ask them to plug into your car and see what the codes are, then they can look them up and tell you what possibly can be wrong with your car. please keep in mind that the codes just give you a hint at what could be wrong, the next step would be to test the trouble areas to pinpoint the problem before replacing parts of any kind.

Wrench light keeps coming on, dealer charged 200.00 to see what is wrong and found nothing. The light keeps coming on. Can anyone help with what may be wrong?

Those lights come on when something is wrong that a sensor is reading...take it to autozone have a free scan done...they will be able to tell you what OBD code is coming up.
