Question about 2003 Ford F150 Regular Cab
Why does my check engline light stay on? I have a 2003 f150 regular cab
With the truck running feel around the engine vacuum lines under the hood on the passenger side. listen to see if you can hear a vacuum leak or if you can feel one with your fingers. it will probably be close to the firewall close to the rear of the valve cover

Check engine light comes on when the computer senses a problem with an emissions component. Take youre vehicle to a place like autozone or other parts store that does free obd ii scans. They will give you the codes and tell you what they mean. You can then post them here where we can help you further.
