SOURCE: Brake Lights and Blinkers don't work

try tapping the hazard switch on and off a bunch of times fairly hard. these switches have a tendency to go bad and neither the hazards or turn signals will work

the multifunction switch (turn signal switch) is a major cuase of this. your high mount stop lamp wire is run through the switch.

I have a 1988 Toyota truck turn signals and brake lights are not working. All fuses are good

for turn signals-check the flasher relay under dash.
for brake lights- check the switch behind the brake pedal.

Brake lights do not work

If the fuses are good, should be listed as 'stop' or 'brake', take a look under your dash. Look at the brake lever, there is a bracket that is either above or under the steering column, on that bracket is a push button switch, when the brake is pressed in, it presses that button which turns on the brake lights. If that button has slipped out of the bracket, or broke, that is your problem.

No brake lights or emergency flashers. Changed

Try adjusting the brake light switch on the brake pedal.

The flashers have a relay in the circuit, test it and see what you get . The flasher switch may be the culprit also. By pass the switch with a pair of jumper wires and see if flashers work.

My brake lights and hazard blinkers don't work on my 1990 F350. we have checked the fuses and replaced the bulbs and they still don't work. plz help!!!

you need to replace the flasher relay... it's under the dash board either mounted in the fuse panel (larger then a regular relay) .... or it's just hanging under the dash by inself.
