does the blower heater termostat has something to do with a allways get cold air and not hot?

What does the engine temp gauge indicate when the truck is warmed up (what does it read, temp low, normal, high?)
Did u check fluid level? Level too low will result in no or little heat.

Jorge, I'm not sure I understand. I am wondering about the engine temperature when the truck is warmed up. The thermostat controls the engine temperature. Need to know what the dash gauge indicates (if equipped w/ one) for engine temp. If the thermostat was removed, or defective, the engine would run too cold all the time, resulting in a no heat, or very little heat problem. Let me know so we can figure this out. So, 1st thing to check is the antifreeze level in the radiator, and overflow bottle. If the level is too low, u won't get any heat, so make sure it's at the full mark. Next, answer above questions.

Ford f150 xlt, blower fan won't blow ac into cab of truck can feel cold air when on highway. But fan not working. Help?

Check to see if the blower works with the heater on. Turn the control to heat and see if the fan works. First check the fuse for the blower. If the fuse is good and the blower does not work with heat on , the blower may be bad or the speed resistor maybe bad.

Ac blows hot air comp is running

Make sure that the tubing around the accumulator is getting cold.
If not, the refrigerant may not be charged up.
Otherwise, the vacuum motor for selecting cold air may be not working correctly causing heated air from the heater core to be routed to the interior of the car.

Do you hear the vacuum motors working when adjusting the heat to cold selector? or changing the thermostat temperature if so equipped?

Ford F150 AC Problem

there is a vent opening linkage for the top vents if you had removed panel for sterio install this linkage might have come loose or the wiren to electric relay to open top vents came loose

also vent doors on front of a/c vents are turned to the closed position

also quite possible the passenger blower motor compartment door in side the blower mode has something blocking entrance

also your truck might be equiped with a blower motor filter i read that these need to be changed out during normal filter replacements the filters for ford i didnt know they started using filters for a/c on reading this since 2000
