Hi! The radiator drain plug is located at the bottom of the radiator facing engine. I have enclosed a picture for you! Hope this helps!

I have a 99 Astro & my drain plug is on the passenger side. Look for the small drain tube at the bottom of the plastic tank. The turn knob is right above it.

yes there is a plastic pet valve at the bottom right side of the radiator.but you need to take off the bottom hose from the motor to the radiator to get all or most of the coolant out.the pet valve will allow you to drain your radiator only.....irongod
