Question about 2005 Ford Focus
Well usually that means the squeeler on the pad is rubbing the rotor, that lets you know your pads are needing to be changed.if thats not the case then it could be either the pads you have are just cheap pads or the pads and the rotor could be glazed over causing them to squeak.if the pads arent cheap pads or they dont need to be changed try cleaning them with brake cleaner to get brake dust off.
