Question about 2003 Jeep Liberty
I have a 5 speed 2003 jeep liberty that all of a sudden just wont start. It was running fine all day. I shut it off to run in my house to get something i may have been in the house for 5 min. When i came out and tried to start it nothing. The battery is fine. When i have my wife try to start it while i look under the hood the only sound that i hear is the starter relay tick and that is it.
Could be the battery, the starter, or a bad connection between the battery and starter.
A mechanic would check for voltage and ground at the starter first.

SOURCE: engine will not turnover
If there is no power coming IN to the starter relay - the ignition module has failed.
Replace the Ignition.

It sounds like a fuel issue. Possibly a bad fuel filter or fuel pump. I would start by replacing the filter as it is a much cheaper fix. I hope this helps.
